Business Division: Ready Mix Concrete Experience: 7-12 Years in Ready Mix Concrete Business Qualification: BE (Civil). Maximum Age: 35 Years
Key Deliverables:
•Maintenance of plant and equipment and Compliance
•Develop multi-skilling of plant staff and attendance management
•Customer interaction to understand specific requirements to allow mix designs to be individually tailored
•Develop new mix designs and revise existing ones whenever required as directed by Head-Technical
•Comply with all Quality Assurance/Quality Control protocols as per BOS
•Monitor testing of all ingredients for RMC Plants in the cluster and conduct random quality checks and lab trials
•Compliance of raw materials with relevant Indian Standards as well as Company norms for quality and quantity
