Qualification:
ITI/ Diploma, B.E./B. Tech (Mechanical/ Instrumentation), B. Pharma/M. Pharma/M.Sc.
Experience: 1 to 8 Years
Desired Exposure:
•Experience of handling maintenance of vial washing, tunnel, filling & capping machine, Sealing machine, Lyo, Autoclave, Steam sterilizer etc & Utility Equipment's like HVAC, RO water plant & chiller etc.
•Candidate with hands on experience in Plant Maintenance/ Preventive Maintenance/Instrumentation with exposure of handling maintenance of vial washing, tunnel, vial filling, vial capping machine, Sealing machine, Lyo, Autoclave, Steam sterilizer etc. shall be preferred. Knowledge of PLC/SCADA will be added advantage.
•Candidate must have exposure of Protocol and report preparation and handling of QMS related to validation. Execution and review of Qualification and Validation activity of Equipment/Systems. Candidate having isolator exposure shall be preferred.
•Should have hands on experience in line clearance activity and BMR, BPR review, shop floor compliance, visual inspection qualification. Candidate having media fill exposure shall be preferred.
•Must have exposure of handling QMS elements, CAPA, Deviation, OOS, OOT, market complaints & investigation report preparations & QMS software. Candidate having regulatory audit exposure shall be preferred.
•Should have hands on experience in handling of Quality Control instrumentation like HPLC, GC, AAS etc., Knowledge of method validation, various software of QC etc. shall be preferred.
