Job Details:
•Exposure of QMS Activities
•Supervision of Autoclave, Lyo section/Aseptic Area/ Batch Manufacturing
•SKID based operations
•Documentation of BMR/BPR
•Batch Manufacturing
•Exposure to Leak Test/ Skid Operations/Filling/ Vial Washing
•Autoclave/ Lyo Operations
•Exp of Ampho/ Bupivacaine
•Exp of Handling Isolator/VHP Based Filling Area
•Handling Change Control/ CAPA/ Deviation/Investigation & Audit Management
•Issuance and Retrieval of GMP Document/ IPQA, Batch Release activities
•Working experience over SAP, Trackwise and other related software
•Review of BMR/BPR and process validation reports, in process testing, sampling & line clearance/Equipment Qualification
•Exposure of water HPLC, Dissolution, GC and other Instruments with AMV, RM, PM, FP product analysis
•Handling of QMS related Activities
•Exposure of various instruments/ software like empower 3, LIMS and other software
•Media Preparation, BET
•Environment Monitoring, Investigation
•QMS
